I don't suffer badly with hot flashes, but warm environments (&Alcohol 🤭) bring them on.

It's great!

After looking at all the reviews, I purchased this neck fan as a 49 year old going through menopause. It was lightweight, and with the air flow flowing upwards, it kept me cool. (There are side fans too) We do think it works better with long hair worn down as this kind of traps the airflow under the hair. It still works with hair up, but it’s definitely more noticeable with hair down. There are 3 speed settings, and the charge lasted a long time when just left on setting 1 to keep a gentle breeze going.
